can I copy/back up Widows 7 and factory Image to my second hard drive?
Partition Factory Image(C:) Drive and Windows 7 OS copy to a new larger second hard drive
You can do this with Acronis True Image 2011 Plus Edition which will allow you to not only make a mirrored copy of the entire hard disk, but will also allow you to install the operating system back to a different set of hardware (for example in case you are getting a newer, bigger hard disk):

Note: Get the PLUS edition...which is a little more expensive, but worth it.
